Your day-to-day as Chef / Cook: - Work alongside the Head Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste - Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services - Prepare delicious dishes for pupils and staff, following menu recipe cards - Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis - Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards A relevant culinary qualification or relevant experience.
- Previous kitchen experience - Food safety certification (or willingness to complete via our e-learning) - Effective communication and a team-first attitude. Additional Requirements: To be eligible, you must: - Have the legal right to work in the UK - Be able to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) clearance via Disclosure Scotland and MoD BPSS security clearance.
