With at least 2 years valid passport Responsibilities: Prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes such as biryani, karahi, nihari, kebabs, and regional specialties.
Operate specialized equipment liketandoor ovens and handi pots. Ensure all mise en place is prepared according to recipes and service requirements. Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and presentation across all dishes. Monitor section inventory, portion control, and assist with ordering ingredients. Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Pakistani culinary techniques. Maintain food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new Pakistani-inspired menu items.
