MEXICAN & BRAZILIAN RESTAURANT OPPORTUNITIES We are currently recruiting for Kitchen / Cook positions within established and exciting Mexican & Brazilian restaurant concepts in Cape Town & Paarl . Positions include: Sous Chefs Chef de Partie / Line Cooks Commis Chefs Prep Cooks We are looking for chefs with experience in busy restaurant kitchens ; strong food preparation and service skills, excellent hygiene standards and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Experience with Mexican; Brazilian, Latin American or South American cuisine will be highly advantageous, but strong restaurant kitchen experience and a passion for learning the cuisine will also be considered. ?
