What you'll do: - Prepare and present food to meet menu specifications, portion control, presentation standards, and service deadlines. - Maintain food service operations by replenishing service counters and supporting retail sales activities as required. - Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies, ensuring compliance with all legislative, client, and organisational procedures. - Support kitchen cleanliness and preparation, including cleaning work areas, utensils, and equipment, and assisting with mise en place for future service.
