Chief Executive Officer Location: Caribbean - this is based in the Caribbean and therefore would require you to relocate to the designated country. We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead an established and growing gaming and lottery business into its next phase of expansion and transformation. This is a high impact leadership role for a commercially driven executive who can combine strategy, innovation, technology, and operational excellence to build a stronger, more competitive business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the organization's future, accelerate its digital growth, expand its customer and distribution footprint, and unlock new commercial opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Growth: Set and execute the company's vision, identify new markets and revenue opportunities, and drive sustainable growth. Digital Transformation: Accelerate the development of digital platforms, mobile experiences, payments, and omni-channel customer engagement.
Commercial Performance: Own revenue, profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance. Operations: Oversee a multi-channel operation spanning physical retail, company-operated locations, and digital platforms. Innovation: Lead product development and identify strategic partnerships that create new opportunities. Regulation & Reputation: Maintain the highest standards of compliance, integrity, responsible gaming, and corporate governance.
People & Culture: Build and inspire a high-performing executive team and create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus. Board Leadership: Partner closely with the Board on strategy, performance, investment, risk, and long-term growth. We are looking for a transformational, commercially minded CEO with: 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience, including 5+ years at C-suite level.
A proven track record of delivering growth and leading organizational transformation. Experience in gaming, lottery, fintech, digital commerce, retail, technology, or another highly regulated consumer business. Strong digital and commercial acumen, including experience with platforms, payments, and omni-channel businesses. The ability to operate confidently with Boards, regulators, government stakeholders, partners, and senior executives.
