A long-established and small group of companies on the island operating across hospitality, catering and travel is on the lookout for a Chief Financial Officer. This role is responsible for leading the Group’s overall financial strategy, providing commercial and financial guidance to the Board, and driving profitability, cash flow, and business growth across the hotel portfolio. The position oversees the accounting function, including management accounts, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls, while ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
It also partners closely with management and the Board to improve operational performance, monitor key hospitality KPIs, strengthen governance frameworks, and enhance financial systems, processes, and efficiencies across the Group. The ideal candidate will be someone seasoned and looking to step into a more senior position, or someone already established but looking to manage a smaller group. Local qualifications and experience are a must.
