Role Responsibilities Take care of our young people daily, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. Support and supervise the staff team and ensure the home operates at high standards. Prepare to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when needed. Relate to and build relationships with young people. Provide compassionate, emotionally resilient, and supportive leadership to colleagues.

No prior experience is required, but we seek candidates with: A proactive 'can do' attitude and team spirit Genuine care, honesty, and empathy Resilience to handle challenging situations A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification Onboarding as a Team Leader begins with our 'Care Academy' - a 4-week off-the-job training program led by experienced WG professionals.
