Children's Support Worker Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire Salary: £31,279 - £33,705 per annum (inclusive of sleeps) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking dedicated Children's Support Workers to join a reputable children’s residential service in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This role involves working closely with young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours, within a supportive team environment committed to providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities: As a Children's Support Worker based in Spalding, your daily duties will include: Supporting children and young people in their day-to-day activities, promoting independence and well-being. Attending trips, holidays, and activities such as swimming and outings to enrich their social experiences. Ensuring the safety and welfare of young people by following care plans and safeguarding guidelines.

Providing emotional and practical support, helping children manage challenging behaviours with compassion and understanding. Assisting with behaviour management strategies to minimise incidents and promote positive development. Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful as a Children's Support Worker, you will need: A genuine desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.

An empathetic, caring, and resilient nature. Some experience in a social care or support work setting, ideally with children or young people. The right to work in the UK. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential. Relevant qualifications are welcomed but not mandatory; willingness to undertake training is important. Over the age of 21.
