This Opportunity: Join a collaborative, close‑knit team working on municipal roadway and utility projects both on construction sites and in the office. Support field staff by assisting with on‑site construction observation, construction surveying, and staking. Assist project managers and engineers with project development and design tasks, while maintaining effective communication with staff, contractors, and clients.

Accurately draft project information using AutoCAD and related software. This opportunity is open to candidate residing in the following areas: St Paul, MN Essential Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Able and willing to report to the office and nearby civil construction sites during the summer 2027 season Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Completed or currently enrolled in engineering-related coursework Interested in municipal engineering and/or land development projects Preferred Qualifications: Experience with basic AutoCAD tasks through coursework or prior employment Who We Are Better Places.
