Join this newly established team in Warsaw and play a key role in delivering reliable end-to-end claims support. What will your tasks involve? End-to-end management and settlement of insurance claims for clients in the Dutch market. Verifying claim documentation, assessing liability, and evaluating coverage details. Managing communications and coordinating processes between policyholders, specialists, and external partners.
Resolving complex claims cases efficiently and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Maintaining precise record-keeping and updating internal claims systems accurately. Ensuring smooth, timely, and customer-focused resolution of all claims cases. What we expect from you? Strong knowledge of Dutch (minimum B2+) At least a communicative level of English, both spoken and written. 4–6 years of experience in claims handling/liquidation (experience in motor/car or property lines is strongly preferred; candidates from other business lines are also welcome).
Proven track record and background working with the Dutch insurance market. Valid WFT certifications (WFT Basis + WFT Schade Particulier OR WFT Basis + WFT Schade Zakelijk) are a major advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High level of accuracy, proactivity, and commitment to quality service delivery. What you can expect from us? Employment contract.
