Our client, an established Insurance company is looking to hire a Claims Associate to support their operations and grow into a Claims Handler role. In this fast-paced position, you will learn the full claims lifecycle while managing core administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Register new claims accurately, process and reconcile invoices, prepare settlement instructions, maintain updated files, and assist with management or regulatory reports.
Review claim documentation for accuracy, gather supporting evidence (medical reports, police statements, receipts), and shadow specialists to learn policy application and decision-making across personal, motor, commercial, and health lines. Provide courteous support to clients, brokers, and service providers via phone, email, or in-person visits, taking clear notes and escalating complex queries to senior team members when necessary.
