Your tasks Ensure the quality, organisation and safety of cleaning activities Supervise cleaning staff while ensuring their ongoing training Coordinate the work of external cleaning companies and the internal services concerned Plan resources according to the needs and availability of employees Organise and monitor introductory and development training for all cleaning staff Desired profile Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cleaning agent, operations agent (AGEX) or logistics manager (GEI) or equivalent qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in the field Several years of experience in team leadership Authorisation to train apprentice operations agents (AGEX) Fluency in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language Contact details Jean-Yves Jacquaz, Sector Manager [email protected], T + 41 26 305 37 92
