Clerk in Property Accounting (m/f/d) Role: In this role, you bring your experience in property accounting and ensure precise management of the accounts for a diverse property portfolio.
You will undertake a varied role in a collegial and straightforward environment and can take on additional responsibility. Responsibilities: You manage the accounts payable In this role, you take care of the ongoing bookkeeping of the affiliated foundation As a property accounting employee, you assist with annual financial statements You help prepare heating and ancillary cost statements In this role, you handle payment transactions As a property accounting employee, you support administrative matters related to rental properties Qualifications: You have experience in property accounting or property financial management.
You possess good knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Ideally, you have experience with annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost statements. You are ideally familiar with AbaImmo and confident in using MS Office. You work independently, precisely and reliably and handle numbers responsibly. You value teamwork and contact with internal and external stakeholders.
