Clerk Order Processing & AVOR (m/f/d) Role: For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a versatile commercial role in a production environment .
You keep an eye on ongoing business transactions and coordinate the necessary steps between internal and external contacts. Responsibilities: Prioritise business transactions and independently organise the next steps Coordinate feedback on dates, availabilities and deliveries Coordinate and follow up production orders with the responsible departments Be the contact person for customers and suppliers for ongoing processes Support management with organisational and administrative matters Take over tasks in customer and supplier contact during absences Identify open issues, prepare decisions and drive their implementation Maintain relevant information in ERP and office systems Qualifications: Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification Several years of experience in a versatile commercial role Experience with order processes in a production company is an advantage Technical understanding and interest in operational processes Confident handling of ERP and MS Office Very good knowledge of German Independent, organised working style with good prioritisation ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Workplace Solothurn Contact Florian Ramadani, +41443852193
