Strong phone skills and comfort handling a high volume of calls. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional and compassionate communication style. Ability to remain calm and patient when working with individuals who may be experiencing stressful or difficult circumstances. Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
