This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a luxury hospitality, five-star hotel, premium airline, private members' club or high-end customer service background.
The Role Meeting and greeting clients Managing appointments and walk-in clients Directing clients to the appropriate member of the team Preparing and serving refreshments Supporting events and managing guest lists Maintaining immaculate client-facing areas and showroom standards Supporting packaging and gift wrapping Assisting with client-related tasks and the wider team About You We are looking for someone who is: Immaculately presented, polished and professional Warm, engaging and confident with clients Discreet and comfortable dealing with high-profile clientele Calm, composed and naturally attentive Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Passionate about delivering exceptional service Previous experience within the sector is not essential, with training provided.
Hours & Package Full-time, Monday-Saturday on a flexible rota. £30,000-£40,000 + bonus Immediate availability would be preferred.
