Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse - ICU

We are recruiting for a Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., The successful post holder will be expected to deputise the Senior Sister / Senior Charge Nurse and act as a role model for junior team members in the delivery of high standard and nursing care.

As a Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse you will provide strong clinical leadership skills by supporting, energising and be able to empower others in the pursuit of a shared vision to ensure the effective management of the ward.
