You’ll be: 	 Operating CNC lathe and mill-turn equipment in a fast-paced production environment. 	 Maintaining production processes and ensuring that all products meet customer quality requirements. 	 Verifying the integrity of inspection results and adhering to quality system procedures. 	 Participating in continuous improvement and lean material flow initiatives within the department.
	 Assisting in the training of new team members and operators. 	 Keeping the work area and equipment clean and orderly. 	 Following company safety requirements at all times. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred). 	 Bring at least 2 years of related experience in CNC machining or production support (preferred).
	 Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to execute manufacturing plans effectively. 	 Are skilled in CNC machine process technology and can read and interpret blueprints. 	 Have strong math and computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and the internet. 	 Are able to meet the physical demands of the role, including light to moderate exertion, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being on your feet regularly.
