Role: As a CNC Programmer , you are responsible for the creation, optimisation, and monitoring of CNC programmes for highly precise manufacturing processes. With your technical expertise, you ensure that the machining of components meets the highest quality standards and that production processes are continuously improved.
You work closely with production, design, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient and error-free production . Responsibilities: Creation, modification, and optimisation of CNC programmes based on technical drawings, customer requirements, and manufacturing specifications Independent operation, setup, and programming of CNC machines Definition and selection of suitable tools, clamping devices, and machining strategies to ensure an efficient production process Analysis and optimisation of manufacturing processes to reduce machining times and improve quality Monitoring of manufacturing processes , error analysis, and adjustment of programmes to ensure optimal machining results Operation of additional machining and cutting systems for the production of plastic semi-finished products according to technical specifications and customer requirements Inventory management and material control , especially in the area of residual materials for resource-efficient production Close collaboration with production planning, design, and quality assurance to ensure optimal solutions for manufacturing requirements Training and support of machine operators in CNC technology and production optimisation Qualifications: Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, machining technician, or comparable technical qualification Solid knowledge of CNC programming (experience with CAD/CAM software is an advantage) Several years of experience in operating and programming CNC machines Experience in machining plastic and metal semi-finished products is desirable Very good technical understanding as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility Reliable, structured, and independent working style Teamwork skills, communication strength, and enjoyment in collaborating with various specialist departments Very good German language skills, French skills are an advantage Benefits: Flexible working hours Open corporate culture Interesting and varied tasks/projects Flat hierarchies ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Work location Sursee Cont
