What is my role? You take on a central role in CNC manufacturing, combining operational work with team coordination. You ensure that orders are executed efficiently, on time, and with the required quality. You lead a small production team both technically and personally and coordinate the daily production activities. At the same time, you actively work on modern 3- and 5-axis machining centres – from setup and changeovers to manufacturing single parts and series.
Using Mastercam, you create, test, and optimise CNC programmes. You develop manufacturing concepts for new components and prototypes and accompany initial sample inspections. For new projects, you contribute your expertise early on and support technical assessments. What do I need to be successful? You have a solid technical background in machining and are familiar with the requirements of modern CNC manufacturing from practical experience.
Completed technical training in machining, for example as a polymechanic or production mechanic Several years of experience in CNC milling and very good user knowledge of Mastercam or in the CAM environment Initial leadership experience, for example as a shift supervisor or deputy Independent, systematic working style with a high standard of precision and quality Organisational talent, strong sense of responsibility, and clear communication to motivate your team What are my benefits?
