The role focuses on developing a high-quality specialty coffee program, overseeing brewing-bar operations, creating innovative beverages, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will help build a specialty coffee culture covering bean sourcing, roasting, brewing techniques, beverage development, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the specialty coffee and beverage program Oversee daily operations of the brewing bar Develop innovative coffee beverages and recipes Manage bean sourcing, roasting, and brew-quality standards Ensure excellent coffee presentation and guest experience Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team Maintain consistent beverage quality and operational excellence Foster a welcoming and guest-focused environment Requirements Strong expertise in specialty coffee, beans, brewing, and extraction Experience with coffee roasting and roast profiling Excellent sensory evaluation and tasting skills Experience in beverage and recipe development Genuine curiosity about coffee and passion for continuous learning UAE-based experience in specialty coffee or hospitality Experience leading and developing small teams Confidence working in an open, guest-facing environment Strong organizational and communication skills Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing and extraction, roasting, roast profiling, beverage development, sensory evaluation, team leadership, and guest experience management How to Apply Email your CV to [email protected].
