OB/GYN Hospitalist – Columbus, Ohio Permanent Position – Not Open to Locums or 1099 Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Only Position Overview Full-time, hospital-employed OB/GYN Based on the east side of Columbus, near Easton Town Center Split schedule: Clinic: 3–3.5 days/week OR: 1 day/week (robotics preferred) Call: Shared 1:4 to 1:5 Midwives cover 1:3 Start Date: ASAP or no later than Fall 2026 Resident teaching available (through Mount Carmel OB/GYN residency), optional Clinical Setting Work across two locations, both with: Level III NICUs MFM support Traditional clinic + call model No supervision responsibilities Hospital proximity required (must live within 30 minutes) Not open to: Locums or Locum-to-Perm 1099 contractors Visa candidates (J1/H1B) Providers needing to regain lapsed board certification Alternate shifts or long-distance commuting Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed Base Salary: $285,000 Bonus Potential: Immediate eligibility Up to $100,000 in one of the following: Sign-on bonus Student loan forgiveness Split between the two Student Loan Repayment Program Relocation Assistance CME: $5,000/year + 5 CME days PTO: 216 hours (27 days) annually, 40 hours rollover Full Benefits: Start on Day 1 PSLF-eligible via 501(c)(3) status Submission Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years, plans to test) – REQUIRED OH License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED DEA – REQUIRED Robotic Surgery Interest – Highly Preferred Clean Malpractice & License History – REQUIRED No Visa Sponsorship Available Lifestyle & Location Columbus, OH: 14th largest city in the U.S.
