Commercial Lawyer NQ+ Yorkshire, North East or North West (Hybrid Working) Competitive Salary Package & Benefits On behalf of a large multi-office commercial law firm, Haggerty Jaques is keen to speak to Commercial lawyers who are looking for a new role in a progressive organisation. The Team You’ll be joining a very well-regarded team that advises on the full range of commercial matters for a broad spectrum of commercial clients but that also does a lot of very interesting and impactful work in the healthcare (public and private sector) space.

The Opportunity This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading teams advising on some of the biggest commercial projects in the healthcare industry and beyond. It’s a broad role and you can expect to be: Drafting framework agreements, licensing arrangements, and bespoke contracts Advising health tech providers on commercial and regulatory issues Working on innovative contracting models including JVs and collaboration arrangements Assisting with M&A deals for the NHS Assisting on commercial and regulatory work on a broad range of day-to-day public and private sector clients Assisting with public procurement processes Getting involved with business development strategies and CSR projects The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a qualified solicitor (NQ upwards) with some commercial contracts experience (even from a training contract seat).

You don’t need to have health sector experience but we are looking for someone with a genuine desire to move into this area. This is a really collegiate team so someone who enjoys working collaboratively and proactively would be a perfect fit. What Else Should You Know?
