This role is designed for professionals with strong expertise in commercial management, contract administration, cost control, and construction operations. The successful candidate will contribute to commercial strategy, contract negotiations, project performance improvement, and business decision-making. Professionals with strong leadership skills and extensive construction industry experience are encouraged to apply.
Core Accountabilities Manage commercial activities and contract-related operations. Oversee cost control processes and support project profitability. Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve business performance. Lead contract negotiations and ensure effective contract management. Analyze commercial risks and provide recommendations for decision-making. Collaborate with project teams to improve operational and financial outcomes.
Support leadership with commercial insights and strategic planning. Skills & Experience Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; 15+ years of relevant commercial management experience, with strong experience in the construction industry. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction commercial management, contract administration and negotiations, and cost control/project performance analysis.
