What you'll be doing Drive revenue growth across in-store channels through commercial analysis, forecasting, and performance optimisation. Own financial planning and performance management for the ATM value stream, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L support. Deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Develop business cases and lead initiatives that improve profitability, enhance customer propositions, and optimise business performance. Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance and the wider business, providing leadership through effective people and matrix management. Uploading, validating and maintaining supplier data within commercial models that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving revenue growth. Advanced analytical skills, including Excel modelling and the use of Power BI (or similar) to deliver actionable business insights. Experience building business cases and using data to support strategic decision-making. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
Proven track record of identifying opportunities to improve business performance, customer outcomes, and profitability. And if you have any of these, even better Experience within Financial Services, Payments, Banking, or a similarly regulated commercial environment is advantageous.
