Commercial Property Paralegal | In-House | London Hybrid: Requirement of 4 days in the London office My client are well-established commercial property company based in London. They are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal supporting a lean, highly experienced legal team and offering a broad mix of property law and company secretarial work , making it an excellent role for someone looking to expand their skillset and gain exposure across multiple areas of an in-house legal function.
The role will involve: Drafting and reviewing licences, leases and other property documents Land Registry applications, searches and filings AML, sanctions and company checks Supporting document execution and legal administration Assisting with company secretarial matters, including Companies House filings, subsidiary records and AGM preparation What they're looking for: Around 2-5 years' commercial property paralegal experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, adaptable approach Company secretarial experience would be advantageous but isn't essential Good Microsoft Excel skills The business owns and manages a substantial commercial property portfolio and offers excellent exposure to both legal and wider business stakeholders.
