Community Care and Health Assistant

On behalf of one of our clients, OK JOB Médical Neuchâtel is looking for a Community Care and Health Assistant (ASSC) to join a committed team within a care facility located in the Jura. What we offer you: A permanent contract at 80/90% A dynamic and versatile structure A professional, committed and caring team An environment that promotes collaboration and skills sharing A real involvement in the comprehensive care of patients Community Care and Health Assistant Holder of the Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Care and Health Assistant (ASSC) Previous experience in the care field is an advantage High adaptability and excellent team spirit Organisational skills and rigour in applying care protocols Empathy, discretion and respect for professional confidentiality Autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility Perform medical-technical care: capillary and venous sampling, medication administration, subcutaneous injections and simple wound care Participate in daily support: hygiene and comfort care, assistance during meals, help with mobility and transfers Monitor vital signs and report any changes in clinical condition Participate in managing medical equipment and disinfecting devices Accurately enter information into the patient’s electronic record (DPI) Support patients, listen to them and build a trusting relationship with them and their relatives Work closely with the entire multidisciplinary team
