On behalf of our clients, OK JOB Médical Neuchâtel is seeking Community Health and Care Assistants (ASSC) for short or long-term assignments in the canton of Neuchâtel. Community Health and Care Assistant Holder of the Federal VET Diploma as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC). Adaptability and strong team spirit. Organisational skills and thoroughness in following care protocols. Empathy, discretion and respect for professional confidentiality.
Perform medical-technical care: capillary and venous sampling, medication administration, subcutaneous injections and simple wound care Participate in the daily support of patients and residents: hygiene and comfort care, assistance during meals and mobility aid Monitor vital signs and report any changes in clinical condition Manage medical equipment stock and disinfect devices Accurately enter information into the patient’s electronic record (EPR) Provide psychological support to patients and residents and help maintain a trusting relationship with families Work closely with the entire multidisciplinary team
