This apprenticeship is intended to offer on-the-job training through the study of a Level 2 Community Activator Coach qualification. These roles will be an 18 month, fixed-term contracts; with one based in Gainsborough, and the other in Skegness. Please specify on your application form your location preference. As a CIT Apprentice, you will support colleagues to plan and deliver an exciting programme of sport and positive activities within local communities, to engage and improve the outcomes for children, young people and families.
You will support the delivery of quality personal and social development opportunities for children and young people, aiming to support their successful transition into adulthood. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are able to demonstrate the ability to acquire and apply knowledge, alongside a commitment to continuous learning. You should offer a warm approach, enabling you to create safe spaces where young people can thrive and grow., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
