Company Secretarial Administrator Durbanville Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with strong company secretarial experience? Our client is seeking a reliable Company Secretarial Administrator to manage corporate governance, maintain statutory records, and provide essential administrative support to the Board and executive management. Salary: R 25000 - R 30 000 Minimum Requirements • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification • Minimum 3–5 years' company secretarial or governance administration experience • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, King IV Code, and corporate governance requirements • Proficiency in legal practice management or company secretarial software • Advanced MS Excel and Word skills • Experience maintaining statutory registers and board documentation • Knowledge of POPIA, B-BBEE, and tax compliance requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional certification in Company Secretarial practice (ICSA or equivalent) (advantageous) • Experience with board management systems or governance software (advantageous) Manage board meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and documentation Maintain statutory registers, directorships records, and corporate documentation Prepare and file statutory returns and compliance documents with regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, King IV Code, and governance requirements Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and advise on implications Manage share register administration and shareholder communications Prepare board papers, resolutions, and governance documentation Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and filing systems Support the Board Secretary with governance and administrative matters Assist with annual general meetings and shareholder communications Manage corporate documentation and maintain confidentiality Track compliance deadlines and statutory obligations Provide administrative support to executive management as required Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
