Leading, motivating and developing the sales team. Delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term client relationships. Developing and managing your own client book through proactive clienteling. Ensuring excellent product and brand knowledge across the team. Managing recruitment, training, rotas, performance and appraisals. Maintaining high standards of visual presentation, housekeeping and stock management.
Monitoring sales, customer and market trends and identifying opportunities to grow the business. Building strong relationships with Liberty Senior Management and representing Dinny Hall professionally.
