Clinical competency in the field of primary care internal medicine or family medicine 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team 3. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills 4. Effective leadership and organization 5. Proficiency in the use of computers 6. Knowledge of confidentiality/HIPAA 7. Ability to create a safe, effective, collaborative working environment
