Bolux Group requires the services of a qualified, experienced; Job Summary Employer: Bolux Group Job Type: Full-time Location: Ramotswa, Botswana Category: Supply Chain/Logistics Closing Date: 2026-09-23 Key Responsibilities Perform daily stock counts before and after production for all raw - materials, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the stock management system. Record inventory movements and reconcile actual stock count to ACCPAC daily.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, track inventory movements, and investigate any irregularities. Ensure that all documents relating to stock movements are duly authorized and filed accordingly. Coordinate regular inventory audits and monitor expiry dates of the ingredients. Ensure that ingredients are properly stored observing segregation, and ensuring quality standards are not compromised. Ensure that food safety standards are observed in handling of the ingredients and maintained.
Ensure that safety regulations are always observed to minimize damage to property and injury to persons. Participate in the implementation of ISO standards and to ensure conformance by the department. Ensures all the documentation for each ingredient is available for easy traceability exercise. Prepares the ingredients for the mixes following the recipes as per the daily production plan and issue to the production.
Daily ordering and receiving of the raw materials into the Confectionery Plant Ingredient Storeroom. Undertakes such other related duties as directed by the superior. Participate actively in the implementation of ISO and Kaizen programs in order to contribute to company compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policies. Requirements The ideal candidate must have a Certificate in Supply Chain/ Business Management or related.
One (1) year post qualification experience in the FMCG and manufacturing industry as well as knowledge in ACCPAC will be an added advantage. Have good communication skills. Have basic numeracy skills. Pay attention to detail. Be observant and compliant. How to Apply Apply by email: [email protected]
