Construction Management and Project Management (m/f/d) Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000 Role: On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Construction Manager: Renovation & Client Representation to manage and realise demanding refurbishment projects in the residential portfolio.

You will take on both the operational construction management and the representation of the client , being responsible for costs, deadlines, quality, and coordinated implementation in an occupied environment. A central role is played by the collaboration between planning, external construction management, property management, and tenants as well as structured communication during the construction phase.

The focus is on sustainable refurbishment, long-term value retention, and professional management of project-specific interfaces. Responsibilities: Independent construction management of refurbishment, renovation, and renewal projects within the existing real estate portfolio Representation of client interests towards planners, specialist engineers, construction managers, and contractors Organisation, coordination, and supervision of construction execution in occupied properties Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality control as well as early identification of project deviations Leadership and coordination of external planners, specialist engineers, construction managers, and contractors Central interface coordination between construction project, property management, and tenants Overall responsibility for project-related tenant administration and construction communication during the implementation phase Preparation and execution of acceptances , organisation of defect rectification, and follow-up of outstanding work Management of project completion, documentation, and handover to property management Preparation and leadership of project, construction, and coordination meetings including action item management Creation of project reports, decision bases, and status reports for internal decision-making bodies Participation in the further development of digital construction, project management, and documentation processes Qualifications: Basic training as draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or comparable construction-technical education Further training as construction manager, technician HF in building construction or comparable qualification Several years of experience in construction management of refurbishment, renovation, or conversion projects Sound knowledge in construction administration as well as cost, schedule, and quality management Experience in client representation and coordination of external planners and contractors is an advantage Confident handling of Microsoft 365 as well as construction and project management software Fluent German skills and experience in preparing professional project reports Benefits: Attractive training and development opportunities Interesting and varied tasks/projects Well-coordinated and dynamic team Market- and performance-based salaries 13th-month salary ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Work location Zurich
