Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d) Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000 Role: On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Construction Manager: Building Construction / General Contractor - Total Contractor for the independent realisation of diverse new build, conversion and renovation projects.

You will manage projects in the general and total contractor environment from execution preparation to defect-free handover and coordinate all involved planners, contractors and partners. In addition to operational site management, you will increasingly take on entrepreneurial responsibility , develop customer relationships further and contribute to the establishment of additional project and team structures.

This position is particularly suitable for a professional who wishes to expand their responsibility prospectively towards leadership and management . Responsibilities: Independent site management of new build, conversion and renovation projects in residential, industrial and commercial construction Handling projects as general contractor, total contractor or construction service provider from execution preparation to handover Planning and control of construction execution, construction processes and site logistics Coordination of architects, specialist planners, contractors, suppliers and other project partners Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and execution security during the realisation phase Conducting tenders, contractor awards and contract preparations Leading construction meetings as well as consistent pending, supplementary claim and change management Control of measurements, extra work, contractor invoices and project costs Organisation of acceptances, defect rectifications, commissioning and building handovers Ensuring execution in accordance with SIA standards, contracts for work and Swiss building regulations Active development and expansion of a personal customer and project network Gradual establishment and operational management of a personal project team as well as participation in the further development of the business area Qualifications: Completed further training as construction manager, HF technician in building construction, FH architect or comparable construction-technical qualification Several years of experience in site management and realisation of building construction projects Knowledge in the general contractor/total contractor environment as well as in new build, conversion and renovation Sound knowledge of SIA standards, construction administration as well as cost and schedule control Confident handling of Messerli and Microsoft 365 Experience in tendering, awarding, contracts for work and contractor billing Very good German language skills spoken and written Benefits: Attractive training and development opportunities Interesting and varied activities/projects Above-average holidays and days off Flexible working hours Well-coordinated and dynamic team ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Work location Basel
