Role: On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a construction site supervising heating installer for the independent management of small and large construction sites in the field of heating and building technology.

You coordinate the installation work for new build, conversion and renovation projects , lead the installation team on site and ensure professional and timely execution. In addition to practical installation, you take responsibility for material disposition, reporting and site organisation . The role combines sound heating technology knowledge with operational site management and offers a responsible position between project management and installation.

Responsibilities: Independent management of small and large construction sites in the heating sector Technical leadership, coordination and deployment planning of the assigned installation team Execution of demanding installation and assembly work on new build, conversion and renovation projects Organisation and coordination of daily site and installation processes Implementation of installations according to execution, schematic and assembly plans Responsibility for material orders, material disposition and site logistics Management of reporting as well as documentation of work performance and additional efforts Coordination of interfaces with sanitary, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical and building automation Inspection of completed work regarding quality, deadlines and technical specifications Support with commissioning, functional checks, acceptance and defect rectification Coordination with project management, site management, specialist planners and other contractors on site Ensuring execution in accordance with relevant Swiss standards, safety and installation regulations Qualifications: Completed vocational training as a heating installer EFZ Further training as a chief installer or comparable qualification in the heating sector Several years of professional experience in heating installation and site management Experience in leading and coordinating installation teams Sound knowledge of heating distribution, heat generation and hydraulic systems Experience with material disposition, reporting and plan documents Very good German language skills for site coordination and t
