What is my role? You are the first point of contact for our customers for all questions regarding Basware and ensure that their systems run smoothly. You analyse enquiries, develop solutions, and implement them together with the customers. You proactively advise on best practices and optimisation opportunities and contribute your expertise to exciting projects. In addition, you work closely with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
