Consumer Relationship Officer

OverviewThe Consumer Relationship Officer (CRO) works directly with existing members to educate them on Northwest Federal Credit Union products and services. By way of outbound phone calls, the CRO fosters a relationship with members and follows up as needed to ensure their Credit Union related needs are satisfied and to cross-offer them products and services they may benefit from. The CRO will complete loan applications and collect applicable documentation as needed for review and decisioning by the Consumer Lending Underwriting team.

They will communicate the loan decisions and coordinate the delivery of the loan closing documents and subsequent loan disbursement with the Consumer Lending Processing team. This sales role includes a base salary plus monthly incentive plan tied to new loan production goals, ancillary sales and closed referrals on other credit union products and services.
