Are you a marketing operations professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for premium brands? We are currently partnering with a world-renowned luxury automotive brand to recruit a Content and Media Operations Specialist to join their Sydney team. In this pivotal, multi-faceted role, you will sit at the intersection of brand strategy, asset governance, and campaign execution.

Working alongside top-tier creative, media, and Public relations agencies, you will ensure seamless delivery across all paid, owned, and earned channels while optimizing the impact of high-profile brand activations. Key Responsibilities Content Rights & Asset Governance: Own end-to-end licensing, usage rights, and compliance across all marketing assets. Manage rights lifecycles, proactively track expiries, and manage replacement/extension strategies to ensure zero live campaign disruption.

Content Planning & Asset Optimization: Lead the content roadmap and strategy quarterly/annually. Drive asset utilization across channels, eliminate unnecessary production costs, and ensure creative assets meet technical specifications across digital, social, and traditional media. Local Content Production: Partner with internal communications and external agencies to oversee locally produced content, influencer/KOL campaigns, and bespoke activations to make global messaging locally relevant.

Media Operations Support: Oversee media execution workflows, ensuring campaigns launch on time and strictly adhere to project SLAs. Financial & Agency Management: Oversee media purchase orders, invoice approvals, and budget tracking. Manage day-to-day relationships and performance across production, creative, and media agency partners. What We Are Looking For Proven Experience: Extensive background in content operations, marketing operations, media operations, or brand management.

Rights & Licensing Expertise: Deep working knowledge of digital rights management, copyright, talent licensing, and creative asset compliance. Agency & Production Savvy: Prior experience coordinating multi-channel campaign rollouts alongside creative, and media agencies Commercial & Financial Acumen: Hands-on experience with budget administration, PO management, and vendor oversight. Project Leadership: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight campaign launch dates.
