We're recruiting for a Contract Administrator to support our Contract Manager and Operations Team with the effective administration and coordination of contract activities. This is a primarily office-based role with some working from home available, where you'll play a key part in ensuring our contract runs smoothly and efficiently. What will you be responsible for? As a Contract Administrator, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in delivering effective contract administration and coordination.

Your day to day will include: -Processing and managing work orders on the CAFM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date -Assigning works to internal teams and external subcontractors in line with contract requirements -Monitoring SLA performance and supporting the Contract Manager with escalation of any risks or delays -Holding regular update meetings with subcontractors and attending meetings to take accurate minutes -Supporting client reporting, including KPI updates and maintaining contract trackers and documentation You have strong organisational and administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities -You're confident using Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint -You have excellent attention to detail, particularly when maintaining trackers and processing work orders -You can communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders Making Kier a diverse and inclusive place to work is a huge priority for us.
