Become an integral part of Beyond Housing's decarbonisation journey by supporting the delivery of energy efficiency and retrofit improvements across our homes. As contractor manager within asset sustainability, you will provide oversight of contractors delivering insulation, low-carbon heating, solar PV and associated M&E works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with contractors and internal teams, you will be responsible for performance management, health and safety, CDM compliance, quality assurance and successful project delivery from mobilisation through to handover.
