Manage multiple residential developments from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Oversee programmes, subcontractors, procurement, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and site teams. Liaise with consultants, municipal authorities, and internal stakeholders while driving performance, reporting, compliance, and successful project delivery.
Job Experience and Skills Required: Construction Management or Engineering Degree. Minimum 10 years' experience within residential construction and property development. Proven experience managing multiple residential developments and large site teams. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, quality management, procurement, and health & safety requirements. Proficient in MS Project and capable of managing programmes, stakeholder relationships, and municipal engagements.
