Contracts Manager Mumbai - Oil & Gas, Mining and Energy TransitionJOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager with 5-10 years of experienced in Project & Contract Management to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas Sector, Mining Sector and New Energy Transition sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong of working in EPC projects with background in managing client communication, addressing pre-bid contract queries, drafting agreements and guiding teams during the proposal stage and Post Award Stage.
B. Tech + MBA is required. Key Responsibilities: * Contract and Project Management: Work closely with Project management and procurement team for project progress and contractual and commercial matters * Client Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Vendors regarding contractual and commercial matters. * Contract Drafting & Review: Draft and review contracts and other related documentation.
* Pre-Bid & Proposal Stage Support: Address contractual queries raised during the pre-bid stage in coordination with internal teams including evaluation and negotiation of Contract/agreement terms. * Post Award & O&M Stage Support: Address contractual queries, additional claims, extension of time during project execution stage in coordination with internal teams. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to support successful project delivery.
Facilitateseamlesscommunicationbetweenclients,subcontractors,andvendors. * Claim Management: EOT claims, Scope change claims, additional claims preparation, negotiation and settlement. Qualifications and Experience: * Educational Background: B. Tech + MBAEXPERTISE * Work Experience in EPC projects. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong understanding of Contractual frameworks related to contracts in Oil& Gas and Energy sector.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively. * Proficiency in MS Office and project management software/tools. experience 14
