Cook with Grilling Experience (a) 80% - 100% Lucerne We are looking for a cook with grilling experience (a) What you will do You are responsible for the preparation and cooking of dishes at your station You professionally prepare meat, fish, vegetables, and other products on the open charcoal grill You ensure the desired cooking levels and consistently high product quality You light the grill properly and take care of its operation and cleaning You consistently adhere to our recipes as well as hygiene and safety regulations You contribute to the development of new dishes and seasonal grill offers What we expect from you You have completed training as a cook EFZ and have professional experience You bring solid expertise and experience with grilling and handling open fire You enjoy working with high-quality products and in a small team You work responsibly, safely, and reliably You are willing to work weekends and with overnight shifts What awaits you We offer you the best employment package far and wide in the gastronomy sector.
