Position Summary The Coordinator of Dual Enrollment/Grant Partnerships provides the administrative and academic support services needed to support the effective management of the College's academic dual enrollment and CCP programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Academic Dean, the Coordinator of Dual Enrollment/CCP Partnerships is accountable for effective performance in these essential functional duties: Key responsibilities include: Faculty Administration : The Coordinator of Dual Enrollment/ CCP Partnerships is accountable for the selection supervision and evaluation of faculty delivering dual enrollment courses and providing useful administrative support to the Academic Dean in the administration and oversight of all dual enrollment programs in participating high schools Course Administration : The Coordinator of Dual Enrollment/ CCP Partnerships is accountable for contributing to successful administration of the College's academic dual enrollment programs and course.

This accountability includes essential tasks as:Researching enrollment and population trends to assess demands for the College's dual enrollment course offerings. Recommending and coordinating program articulation for CCP participating high schools; continuation or elimination of courses based on dual enrollment utilization, review, and evaluation. Serving as ex-officio at Curriculum Issues and Faculty Council Committee meetings on behalf of the Academic Dean on matters pertinent to Dual Enrollment/ CCP Partnerships, advise Academic Dean on matters pertinent to NEASC accreditation standards and policy, and BOR oversight.

Academic Assistance : The Coordinator of Dual Enrollment/ CCP Partnerships is accountable for overseeing the Credentialing process for instructors, peer review and evaluation of dual- enrollment courses, and coordinating professional development activities that integrate College faculty and high school faculty partners delivering college courses.
