Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Role Context The Corporate Banking Associate supports the management of strategically important client relationships within the Family Groups and Conglomerates segment. The position combines relationship support, transaction coordination, credit administration, compliance, portfolio monitoring, and business development activities to help maintain high service standards and strong portfolio performance.
Working closely with relationship managers, product teams, credit functions, operations, compliance, and clients, the role ensures that banking requirements progress efficiently from initial request through documentation, approval, booking, and execution. The position requires strong responsiveness, particularly when handling international clients, short approval timelines, and transactions involving multiple internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities * Support day-to-day management of assigned corporate banking relationships and client portfolios. * Assist relationship managers in maintaining regular contact with Family Groups and Conglomerates clients. * Coordinate client calls, meetings, follow-ups, and service requests. * Support payment processing and other transactional banking requirements. * Follow up on pending documentation and ensure required information is received on time.
* Coordinate account opening activities for existing clients and New-to-Bank customers. * Maintain accurate pipeline information for client opportunities and transactions. * Provide operational and administrative support across assigned client accounts. * Ensure banking products and services are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines. * Coordinate end-to-end client transaction processes with relevant internal teams.
* Review transaction documentation for completeness before submission for approval or execution. * Track internal approvals and follow up with stakeholders to minimize processing delays. * Maintain organized and current client files and supporting documents. * Manage KYC requirements across assigned client relationships. * Follow up on periodic KYC reviews, renewals, and documentation updates. * Ensure client records comply with the Bank 's KYC and AML requirements.
* Coordinate with compliance teams where additional documentation or clarification is required. * Monitor completion of regulatory and internal compliance requirements. * Support maintenance of acceptable credit quality across the assigned portfolio. * Monitor credit conditions, covenants, and approval requirements. * Ensure credit reviews are prepared and submitted within established deadlines. * Follow up on outstanding conditions attached to credit approvals.
