The Team Our large and diverse team is based across our Bristol, London and Edinburgh offices.
We advise on domestic and international public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and equity capital markets transactions. The team advises clients across multiple sectors, including Defence, Energy, Healthcare and Technology. The majority of our work is international so we regularly work with clients and leading overseas law firms in our preferred firm network in numerous jurisdictions across the globe.
