The firm is recognised for working with ambitious founders, investors and fast-growth companies, offering exposure to high-quality, deal-driven work within a collaborative and modern environment. The Role: Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions Supporting on private equity and venture capital investments Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and joint venture arrangements Providing strategic corporate and growth advisory support to clients Managing matters from instruction through to completion, with appropriate supervision Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development activity and contributing to the growth of the Bristol team About You: 2–6 years’ PQE Solicitor with solid experience in corporate transactional work Strong technical skills and commercial awareness Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development Collaborative and proactive team player Benefits: Salary up to £85,000 depending on experience Competitive overall benefits package High-quality, engaging work with entrepreneurial clients Supportive, modern and flexible working environment Clear opportunities for progression and career development Apply in the strictest confidence online or via telephone.
