Cover Supervisors

Robert Barclay Academy is seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Lead Cover Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the day-to-day learning of our students and gain valuable experience within a vibrant and dedicated school community. In this varied and rewarding role, you will: Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff Support student learning within a specific department Assist with departmental administration tasks While previous experience in a school setting is desirable, it is not essential - full training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Many of our former Cover Supervisors have gone on to complete teacher training and now work in permanent teaching roles - a testament to the strong support and development opportunities we offer.
