Technical Competencies & Experience: Manage local and foreign creditors and ensure timely payments. Lead, manage, and develop the Creditors team. Manage supplier onboarding, BEE verification, banking details, discounts, and rebates. Prepare payment forecasts, reconciliations, journals, and month-end reports. Monitor GRNs, supplier queries, and outstanding creditor balances. Work with Procurement and management to resolve supplier issues and achieve cost savings.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, discipline, and staff development. Behavioral Competencies: Ability to work independently and under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage high workloads and meet deadlines. Customer-focused with strong communication skills. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
